Stitching Department

The stitching department is where your garment comes to life. Cut panels arrive and are assembled piece by piece by our experienced stitching team. For performance sportswear, seam quality is not just cosmetic — poorly constructed seams cause discomfort, restrict movement, and fail under the stress of sport.

We use flatlock stitching as the primary construction method for sportswear and compression garments — a technique that produces flat, smooth seams with no protruding edges that could cause chafing during physical activity. Overlock machines finish all raw edges for durability and a clean appearance.

Performance-grade seams

Every garment is constructed using flatlock and overlock stitching — the industry standard for sportswear. Seams lie flat against the skin, flex with movement, and hold under repeated washing and high-intensity use.

No chafing. No splitting.

Precise panel alignment

Cut panels are assembled with exact alignment so sublimation designs flow seamlessly across every seam. No offset prints, no mismatched lines — the finished garment looks exactly like the approved sample.

Waistbands, cuffs & trims

Elastic waistbands, ribbed cuffs, and decorative trims are attached with controlled tension — ensuring a clean finish on tracksuits, shorts, compression wear, and training kits without puckering or distortion.

Inline quality checks

Each garment is checked at the stitching stage before moving to finishing — seam strength, stitch density, and panel alignment are verified on the floor. Problems are caught and fixed before they become bulk issues.
