Finishing & Packing Department
Finishing and packing is the last quality gate before any order leaves our facility. No garment ships until it has passed through this department and received final approval from our QC team. Every piece is measured, inspected against the approved sample, pressed, tagged, folded, and packed into poly bags or retail boxes as specified by the client.
We handle all export documentation in-house — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any other documents required for customs clearance at the destination country. For international buyers, this means no surprises and no delays at the border.
Final multi-point quality inspection against approved sample for every garment
Measurements checked across all sizes — chest, length, sleeve, waist
Color accuracy verified under standardised lighting conditions
Hang tags, swing tags, and woven labels checked for correct placement
Garments individually poly-bagged or retail-boxed per client specification
Full export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin
Sea freight and air freight both available — we book and manage the shipment
Cartons labelled with detailed packing list for easy customs inspection
