The starting point of every sublimation garment we produce. Our digital printing department uses industrial large-format sublimation printers to produce full-color, all-over designs permanently bonded into fabric fibres.
Dye sublimation printing is at the heart of what we do at Dinson Enterprises. Unlike screen printing or heat transfer methods, sublimation printing converts solid dye directly into gas, which then permanently bonds with polyester fibres at a molecular level. The result is a print that becomes part of the fabric itself — impossible to crack, peel, or fade under normal use.
Our industrial sublimation printers handle full-color, photographic-quality designs across the entire surface of a garment panel. Every color, gradient, and detail in your design is reproduced with precision — from your club badge to your player names and numbers.
