Cutting Department
Once fabric panels have been printed and approved through our digital printing department, they move to our cutting department where each garment pattern piece is precisely cut to shape. This stage requires both technical accuracy and careful attention to pattern alignment — particularly for sublimation garments where the design must flow correctly across seams.
Our cutting team works from graded pattern templates for each size in your order, ensuring consistent sizing and design placement across every piece in the production run.
